I am the Property Manager at 50 & 60 Disera Drive in Thornhill.  I have had the pleasure of working with Avangarde Restoration Corp, on several restoration projects in our condominium complex.

Their project management team has provided a great customer service, and the workmanship has exceeded our expectations.  Their crew took liberty on keeping job sites clean and minimized the impact on day to day operations in the building as well as on the staff and residents, which is a major accomplishment in this industry.  All projects were always completed on time and if any issues come up after the work was completed, this was done without any additional cost to the corporation.
